Visibility

The visibility setting determines who the cell is visible to.

We are currently differentiating between 2 visibility modes:

Public

Can be seen and found by every user in the network

Private

Note: "Being visible" doesn't automatically mean "being accessible"!

While users may be able to find and see a cell (from the outside) doesn't automatically grant them access to enjoy the privileges of steward or member rights.
