Agent-Roles

Every agent can take different roles when cooperating with other cells. Here you will learn more about the different roles and their responsibilities.

Every host- and execute-cell has 1-n stewards.

Stewards have the power to:

  1. Create host- and execute-cells

  2. Define their purposes

  3. Make decisions

Note: Stewards, however, do not per se benefit from cell rewards unless they also become a member of the cell

Every host- and execute-cell can have 1-n members.

Members have the power / right to:

  1. Offer their strengths and help fulfilling a cell's purpose

  2. Benefit from a cell's contents

  3. Earn their share of cell rewards upon the fulfillment of its purpose

We distance ourselves from the classical understanding of "ownership" in the sense of calling resources our own. Instead, we want establish a framework for creating and managing self-organized participation structures with haelp, in which we only distinguish between "stewards" and "members". As a steward as well as a member one has no obligations, but only privileges, from which one can sign out ("walk-away"), develop ("forking") or lose ("ban") by collective decision.
