SSC - Smart Social Contracts

A Smart Social Contract (SSC) can be created by any agent in the network and defines a series of actions that have to be successfully taken in order for another agent to become member-rights to the cell the SSC relates to.
List of Actions
As of today, we offer the following actions to be written in a SSC on haelp:
Acknowledge
Allows the action creator to attach a text (or document) of any length and type. The action taker has to give their consent to the contents of that text or document by signing with their username.

Approve*
Allows the action creator to create a briefing (text + list of actions) for other agents about what to verify / entrust / certify / notarize.
